Valentine’s Day
Valentine's Day is a day for expressions of romantic love. Originally a pagan festival, the holiday eventually was recast as a Christian feast day in honor of St. Valentine - but there are at least three different early saints by that name. How the day became associated with romance remains obscure, and is further clouded by various fanciful legends.

Volunteer Opportunity for HMS-8 Girls Night Out
HCC Cosmetology School Hutchinson, KS, United StatesJoin us on March 9th from 4:30 to 7 pm as we volunteer at HCC Cosmetology School to support the GIRLS NIGHT OUT event. Twenty 8th grade girls from HMS-8 will receive hair and nail services with other pampering provided by HCC students! LET JANICE TURNER know if you can volunteer.
